Wireless (BlueTooth) rain gauge developed for SWApp

A "wireless" raingauge has been deloped which interfaces directly with SWApp, making uploading rainfall data for the specific location simple and error free.
The rain gauge uses Bluetooth technology. An iPhone/iPad needs to be within 20m of gauge to communicate.
One gauge can be shared with any number of users.
Where can you get a gauge from?
The gauges are at prototype stage with a small number being distributed to the three GRDC regions in January 2017.
When we are confident in this technology, the search for manufactures will begin.
